The LRC mission is simple: we want to bring physiatry to underserved areas of Louisiana. 

Clinic:

Our clinic is located in the Oil Center of Lafayette, LA. This space allows patients to be treated for all of their Physiatry needs. Whether you are a patient or a referring provider, please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. We are here and happy to help.

SNF Consults: 

As patients are becoming more acute, traditional IRF patients are being placed into SNFs. Patients that are admitted to IRFs have the luxury of a PM&R trained physician, and we believe that rehab patients admitted to SNFs should have that resource as well. We want to give every rehab patient the best chance to obtain their maximum level of functioning to give them the best quality of life. Physiatry for rehab patients in the SNF setting should not be reserved only for larger cities.
